I find that the combination movement is challenging. Because of the gym I’m so used to doing just weights and just basic movements, dumb bells etc, that when I came here I’m relearning new stuff and my body is not used there kind of workouts. So it is a lot of mind stuff to, and I find it challenging which is good, and which brings me back.
This is just something different, the intensity in the room and the music, you’re just pumped up and its such a great atmosphere everyone is so supportive. Sheldon as an instructor, you motivate and encourage, and you feel so supportive and comfortable. You’re not sitting there barking orders and making us feel uncomfortable or angry at you. Your just really encouraging and I love that

Putting your body in shock the results a just that much faster. I been coming here for three month and I could see and feel a difference right away.

I like that you actually correct our movements to the proper level and having the right angle. There are some teachers that don’t, and they your like “Why am I coming here, I’m not getting the results”, so its good that you do that.
I find you gage everyone in the class and then specialize it towards each person

When I first started working out here I was probably 245 lbs. I’m down to about 215 now so lost about 30lbs

We you start approaching 50 you can see your body changing, and not for the good. By working out with Sheldon its helped turn that around a little bit. You can’t stop ageing but you can sure feel better about yourself and look better. My family works out here together and its a great opportunity for people to take advantage of. Join in with the family and get yourself fit with your daughters and sons.

He’s got a great variety, and can make it tougher if its too easy. There is always a new way to do it and new muscle I never even knew I had.

There is anticipation each time I walk in the door, not really sure what we will be doing, and I think that is a good thing. It’s Sheldon’s job to put us through the workout, so if we knew every time we showed up what was going to happen I think that something off of it.
