Our Facility

ST Fitness & Conditioning is not your normal health club gym. Designed for efficiency and getting the job done, it has a large open space surrounded by squat racks, weight and other equipment. At ST you will never have to wait for a machine to use. You will accomplish more in 45 minutes at ST than 2 hours at a traditional gym.

Our large area allows for movement base workout, where you can easily go from agility to weights. No need to go outside, so you can train 365 days a year.

When you come in you can feel the high energy environment, from the music to the intensity of the trainers and the people working out. This is a place to get things done.
