What we do
We bring variety into the workouts, so people don’t get complacent. We always want to challenge somebody. We actually set our clients up to fail, and by doing that we allow them to get better.
If you are constantly doing the same thing over and over again, your going to get good at it and its not going to challenge you. We want to challenge you, we want you to fail, we want you to do better, we want you to get better here at ST Fitness and Conditioning.
Who Trains at ST
People of all ages and fitness levels as well as Olympic and Professional athletes. Hockey Players from PeeWee to WHL/NHL. As well as professional, CIS, and NCAA Football, Rugby, Soccer, and Baseball athletes. Members of the Canadian National Rowing team. And elite athletes from all walks of life.
What to expect
Normally we start with a dynamic warm up. That just gets the body warmed up, we get the synovial fluid, and get the body ready for movement. We’ll either go in to some sort of balance type warm up or some fast foot drills or some agility drills.
From there we’ll focus on strength, and with strength we like to incorporate some movement into our strength, so we are working and getting stronger through a greater range or motion. We’ll finish up with a core exercise were where doing some core activate or rotary core to something along those lines just to top it off.
